This Privacy Policy describes how GipyAI and the Gipyo platform collect, use, share, and protect the personal data gathered on this page, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 — LGPD). It applies to visitors and to people who fill in our form to access the AI-assisted trial. If you have questions, contact us at contato@gipyo.com.
1. Data we collect
When you fill in our form, we collect the data you provide: name, corporate email, WhatsApp/phone, company, and role. Automatically, as you browse, we also collect your IP address, device and browser identifiers, campaign parameters (UTM), referrer and landing URL, and cookies. This data helps us understand where your interest comes from and tailor our follow-up.
2. Purpose of use
We use your data to respond to your request, run the AI-assisted trial and onboarding on the Gipyo platform, and send marketing communications about GipyAI when you tick the consent box on the form. Browsing data is used to measure campaigns, ensure security, and improve our products. We do not use your data for purposes incompatible with those described here.
3. Legal bases (LGPD)
We process your personal data based on consent (art. 7, I), in particular for sending marketing communications, and on legitimate interest (art. 7, IX) to respond to your requests, ensure the security of the platform, and improve our products and services. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
4. Data sharing
We share data with analytics and advertising providers — Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) and Meta (Meta Pixel) — only after you consent to cookies, and with companies in the Gipyo group to enable our follow-up and the trial. These providers may carry out international transfers of the data, including to the United States, always with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention and security
Form data is stored in the Gipyo CRM and kept for as long as necessary for the purposes described or while our relationship lasts, subject to applicable legal retention periods. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights (LGPD)
Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may request confirmation that processing exists, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of your data, portability, and information about whom we share it with.
