Terms of Use

SUMMARY:

1. PURPOSE OF THE TERMS

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Gipyo website and/or platform. By accessing or using our services, you fully agree to these Terms. Gipyo, registered under CNPJ nº 25.165.685/0001-57, located at Rua Rio Grande do Norte, nº 100, Apto. 1502 B, Santa Maria, Uberaba/MG, provides the information and services described below.

These Terms may be accessed at any time on the platform and are subject to changes; therefore, periodic review is recommended to check for possible updates.

2. PLATFORM USAGE RULES

By accepting these Terms, the user declares:

  • I. To be legally capable, or authorized by their legal guardians, to accept these Terms;
  • II. Not to insert illicit content or content that could violate the rights of third parties on the platform;
  • III. Not to introduce materials that could harm the functioning of the platform or Gipyo equipment;
  • IV. To maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials, being solely responsible for activities performed on their account.

You are responsible for using the platform and release Gipyo from any liability for damages resulting from misuse.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The user does not acquire any rights over the software, source code, brand, logo, or any elements related to the platform. All copyrights and trade secrets belong to Gipyo, and reproduction or improper use is prohibited under penalty of sanctions according to Laws nº 9.279/1996, nº 9.609/1998, and nº 9.610/1998.

4. DATA PROTECTION

Gipyo may access users personal data in connection with the services provided and declares compliance with legal requirements for data processing. This data may be used to create new services, features, or be shared with partners to enable the services.

5. LIABILITY WAIVERS

Gipyo will not be liable for:

  • I. Platform unavailability or failures;
  • II. Errors or inconsistencies in data transmission;
  • III. Outdated or incorrect data provided by third parties;
  • IV. The presence of viruses or harmful elements that may damage computer systems;
  • V. Damages resulting from unauthorized access to data provided by the user.

6. DURATION AND TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Access to the platform is granted for an indefinite period, but (company name) reserves the right to discontinue the service at any time, without prior notice or compensation.

Gipyo may suspend or deny access in case of misuse, without the need for compensation or indemnification.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This agreement does not establish an employment relationship between the parties. Each party is responsible for its tax and labor obligations.

Events of force majeure or acts of God will be grounds for exclusion of liability.

If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Gipyo may change these Terms at any time. The new version will take effect the day after publication.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The court of the user's place of residence is chosen to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms.
